Norfolk Council Races Heating Up

May 2 is election day in Norfolk. On the ballot will be five of the council seats. In addition, Norfolk will elect its mayor for the first time since 1916, and the council will increase from its current seven members to eight. Here are the candidates who have announced so far (* indicates incumbent):

(Note: this is the seat being vacated by Paul Fraim so there is no incumbent)
