		<description><![CDATA[Thanks.  I&#039;ve spoken to several economic development folks over the years, and in the past this was the line - Hampton Roads isn&#039;t in trouble.

We don&#039;t get a lot of attention from the State for economic development help because most of the state would love to be in our situation.

Maybe Oceana and Ford have changed that view a little, but it would be interesting how much.]]></description>
