Martinsville Bloggers Conference

Blogs United LogoThe Blogs United in Martinsville for Free Speech blogger’s conference is shaping up nicely. The event will be held August 25 & 26 at Patrick Henry Community College in Martinsville. Note that the conference is open to anybody, not just bloggers. I’d love to go but I just can’t stomach the six-hour drive to Martinsville. I hate car trips that much. Not even the opportunity to see Mary Sue Terry, as the gals over at Monstrosity would call “a freakin’ rock star” can convince me to do it.

I hope everyone has a great time. And somebody tell Mary Sue she’s got a fan in Norfolk!

About Vivian J. Paige

A former candidate, I've learned a lot about politics, both good and bad. I'd prefer more of the former and a lot less of the latter and I'm trying to do my part!

  5. Cause there were numerous people who were looking forward to meeting you at that conference. Now suck it up, get in your car and drive the 6 hours. Like Leslie Byrne is. I thought you democrats were tougher than that.

  11. Alton – I timed it from my house to the hotel – and it was 5 hours and 50 minutes. That assumes no traffic tieups and driving straight thru.

  12. You will be missed Vivian. But the above comments attest to that.
