WELCOME
I started this blog to talk about local politics, specifically Norfolk politics. It is impossible
to talk about Norfolk in a vacuum, so you'll also find some regional, state, and national politics. And sometimes, no politics at all.
The inspiration for this blog comes from one of Virginia's most respected forefathers:

I was glad to see the show, but I would have much rather see you debate southern cracker boy on the m/n amendment. I think you would have wiped the floor with him.

As for debating Eric – maybe we can get Bearing Drift to do a videocast of us doing just that
If Bearing Drift would sponsor a debate between you and Eric on the m/n amendment, that would be terrific. If my characterization of that guy offends, I apologize. I didn’t like what he had to say and I didn’t like his presentation and he struck me as a, well, what I said. I’m sorry, I probably shouldn’t have said that. But I didn’t like him at all. Just MHO.
