Heretick announces bid for VA Senate

Portsmouth City Council member Steve Heretick has announced his bid for the Virginia Senate for the seat currently occupied by Fred Quayle (R-13).

About Vivian J. Paige

A former candidate, I've learned a lot about politics, both good and bad. I'd prefer more of the former and a lot less of the latter and I'm trying to do my part!

  2. Well, since I don’t know how to pronounce your name, I can’t say for sure if it is an electable one or not.

Heretick was the top vote getter in last May’s council election so his name doesn’t seem to be a problem ;)

  3. And here, I thought it was Benny Lambert who was the heretic. ;-)

  4. I totally love the name. Reminds me of my law school classmates named Lawless and Outlaw (hee). They really should have gone into partnership together.

    Good luck to Mr. Heretick.

  6. Gosh, that last name is as bad as that of VB councilman Uhrin.

    Good Luck,
