This week’s On the Record will feature a discussion about transportation. Joining host Joel Rubin will be Dennis Heuer, VDOT District Administrator for Hampton Roads. As the topic shifts to the need for more broadbased leadership, Rubin and Heuer will be joined by Susan Timmons of Lead Virginia and Capt. Scott Pollpeter, commander of Naval Support Activity Center Norfolk.
