Virginia lost a large figure with his passing but it was Billy’s own choices that have tarnished his image. It is disappointing when this happens but is a good example of how even the “best” are not above the rules. Godspeed to Billy and my prayers are with his family but any hope that his “mistakes” will be forgotten is a bit naive.
