Poll: The 11th Commandment

Virginia Federalist is running a poll on the so-called 11th Amendment:

thou shalt not speak ill of a member of one’s own political party

Head on over and participate.

About Vivian J. Paige

A former candidate, I've learned a lot about politics, both good and bad. I'd prefer more of the former and a lot less of the latter and I'm trying to do my part!

  1. A horrible idea. Perhaps an understandable tactic, close to election day, but a horrible horrible general rule. Maxims like that bring us republic-threatening failures like George W. Bush.

  2. What is annoying about this is that Ronald Reagan was the biggest violator of that. His challenge of Gerald Ford is about as negative as it gets.
