Joining host Joel Rubin will be State Secretary of Transportation Pierce Homer, Suffolk Republican Delegate Chris Jones who was an architect of the highway bill and Mayor Ross Kearney of Hampton, which is not onboard on the regional authority and has called for local referendum on the issue.
