BREAKING: Rummells out of race in 83rd
Just got word that Robert Rummells, who just yesterday announced his candidacy for the seat "being vacated by retiring Del. Leo Wardrup," is dropping out of the race. Leo watch: will he or won’t he?
Retire, that is. Even though two Republican challengers have filed to run in the 83rd, no word yet on the retirement of incumbent Leo Wardrup.
