I kept it

My Blackberry, that is. My two week trial is up and I decided to keep it. It’s really a nice device. As I mentioned, my decision really hinged on whether or not it easily worked as a modem over Bluetooth with my Lifebook and Precious. It took a phone call to TMobile to get them working (I was misreading the directions) but they play quite nicely together.

I had a little presentation to do today on blogging and the room I was in didn’t have wireless access so I just connected the Blackberry to my Lifebook and accessed the net that way.

Yesterday, I needed directions to the Princess Anne Library. My GPS unit couldn’t locate it by name (because it’s the Princess Anne Area Library or something like that) so I used my Blackberry to access Google and got the address. (And no, I wasn’t driving when I was doing that ;) )

Yeah – this little thing is quite useful. I’m quite pleased with this device.
