107 marijuana plants were seized in Suffolk yesterday. The plants were each 7 feet tall and are estimated to be worth $1,000 each.
Gives a whole new meaning to the word “Dad’s Workshop,” doesn’t it?
Probably explains why Dad never got anything done . . .

Vivian, I just completed the first draft on Chapter 1 of my dissertation! Tomorrow I go back home after two weeks here at ODU slaving in the salt mines (3 graduate classes/library research/online research/writing).
Next year won’t be as stressful, so maybe we can get together for dinner one evening.
