Up, up, up… and away!

Rudolph the Red Nose ReindeerWell, the Christmas season has officially started for me. My favorite show, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, aired tonight ;) (I just love this scene. Aren’t those sunglasses cool? :D )

Every year I have the same question, though, and maybe somebody out there can answer it. On the Island of Misfit Toys, there’s a Jack-in-the-Box named Charlie, a boat that won’t float, a train with square wheels on the caboose, a spotted elephant, a bird that swims, a cowboy that rides an ostrich, a squirt gun that shoots jelly and an airplane that can’t fly. But what’s wrong with the doll?

From reading this, it seems that I’m not the only one who has this question ;) Any ideas?

UPDATE: The original trailer from the movie can be viewed here.

  1. I always wondered about that too. She seemed like a perfectly normal doll.

I was watching it on TV too – while searching for the Adam Sandler Hanukah video clip on YouTube to put up on my site :)

  3. It’s actually an exact replica of the “show me where the bad man touched you” doll issued to courtrooms across the nation. It’s an unpopular gift because of the negative connotations.
