OTR 12/9: Forgit, Wittman and Narain

OTR LogoThis Sunday’s On the Record will feature the only joint appearance of the shortened campaign in the 1st Congressional District. Democrat Philip Forgit, Republican Rob Wittman and Independent Lucky Narain all will be on the show.

From the report filed by Daily Press writer Kimball Payne, who witnessed the show’s taping, I’m expecting a lively program.

Forgit was clearly the most aggressive candidate. He dominated the discussion so much that when producers briefly stopped taping the show for a commercial break, a Wittman aide quickly approached host Joel Rubin.

“I was under the impression that this wasn’t going to be a debate,” the aide said.

Catch the show Sunday at 10:30am on WVEC. If you miss the airing, it will be available on the website on Monday.

About Vivian J. Paige

A former candidate, I've learned a lot about politics, both good and bad. I'd prefer more of the former and a lot less of the latter and I'm trying to do my part!

One Response to “OTR 12/9: Forgit, Wittman and Narain”

  1. OMG!!!!!!

If this was a boxing match, Whitman would be yelling “no mas.” Forgit absolutely dominated and wiped the floor with him.

    Impressive performance!
