This Sunday’s On the Record will feature appearances by three Hampton Roads rookie Delegates: Joe Bouchard (D-83rd), Bobby Mathieson (D-21st) and Brenda Pogge (R-96th). No doubt part of the discussion will be about this article, in which Bouchard and Mathieson (along with Senator-elect Ralph Northam) discussed the challenges of juggling a part time job in the legislature with all of their other responsibilities.
