Two of today’s four starting quarterbacks in the AFC and NFC championship games were originally drafted by the the team of the other.

Name the quarterbacks, the team that originally drafted them, and the year they were drafted. First one with the correct answer wins :)

Yes it was 2004. More on the trade here.

Rivers has a career QB rating of 86.6 while Manning is 73.4. I’d say the Chargers got the better end of this deal ;)

    vjp,

Well so..? What did I win? As a person in the education profession; moreover, as a person who attended graduate school in the great state of Virginia, we always like to award our students when they give the correct answer.

After further review, “The Thinking Blog Award” would be a very considerate gesture.

Cheers and keep up the magnificent work!

OMC – you need to put your blog in your profile. Is this it?

    vjp,

Yes! Thank you. Actually I have my main educational/political/immigration blog, ‘The Thinker’ at http://onemorecup.wordpress.com (the one you hyperlinked).

I am also blogging for ‘American Age,’ which is primarily Americana/Ethos/Arts and Entertainment at http://americanage.wordpress.com.

I’ve got to admit this has made my entire month! I thought you’d forgotten about me then you’ve changed to this massive ‘Journalism’ format (gorgeous by the way!) and I thought maybe my request got lost in the shuffle.

The party is taking a beating of late, huh? CHEERS!
