Rivers has a career QB rating of 86.6 while Manning is 73.4. I’d say the Chargers got the better end of this deal

Well so..? What did I win? As a person in the education profession; moreover, as a person who attended graduate school in the great state of Virginia, we always like to award our students when they give the correct answer.
