The Virginia Beach Democratic Committee has been hosting a series of surrogate speakers representing the various campaigns for our candidates for president. Tomorrow, the campaign to be discussed is that of Hillary Clinton. Representing the Clinton campaign will be Susan Rowland, chief of staff for Del. Lionell Spruill and a longtime Hillary supporter. (Del. Spruill was originally scheduled to speak but has been called out of town.)
