On the table is the expansion of the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel, which Norfolk Mayor and Hampton Roads MPO chair Paul Fraim now supports and which was the topic of this article in Friday’s Virginian Pilot. Joining host Joel Rubin will be Del. Glenn Oder (R-Newport News), Del. John Cosgrove (R-Chesapeake) and Senate Transportation Chair Yvonne Miller (D-Norfolk).
