Hey this reminds me! Now that tax season is over, it’s that time of year when your friends and loved ones are supposed to remind you how supportive we’d be if you decided that it’s time to quit smoking.

So, that’s in my favor. But I live in the Washington, DC area – stress capital of the world. So, that took points off. Overall, I did better than I thought – they didn’t ask about whether I was overweight

Given the extraordinary stress of my life I figure I must be one of those delusional people who has no clue how bad things really are. Plus, all the women in my family live pretty long. The men, on the other hand, drop like flies.
