This Sunday’s On the Record will feature a conversation with two attendees to the Democratic National Convention: delegation whip Jack Howard and yours truly.
Joining host Joel Rubin in the other segment will be two of the region’s newest city managers, Ken Chandler of Portsmouth and Selena Cuffee-Glenn of Suffolk.
