WELCOME
I learned a lot about politics as the result of my run for City
Treasurer. This blog is my way of staying in touch with those who supported me and reaching out to those who did not.
The primary focus of this blog is Norfolk politics. Of course, you can't talk about Norfolk in a vacuum, so sprinkled in are some regional, state, and national politics. And sometimes, no politics at all.
The inspiration for this blog comes from one of Virginia's most respected forefathers:

I got an email from the Chesapeake Democrats that Obama is coming to Chesapeake Thursday. He’s supposed to be at Oscar Smith High School at 6pm.
Go figure. Can’t get to, can’t get from (too far from Battlefield Blvd; too late at night).

Don’t blame Chesapeake, this is ALL being controlled by the Obama Campaign, if anyone thinks about it, let alone say it, calls come down from the Obama camp telling you to shut up……look at this blog. They asked Vivian to take down her information, which is correct information.
It may not be correct. They may be cancelling and scheduling an appearance elsehwere on Thursday.
Obama says delete. Vivian says “yes, sir!”
For some reason, the Pilot still has their story up.
I think we can all agree that that may just be a matter of competence.
