2nd CD candidate Glenn Nye is going up on TV beginning Tuesday, according to PilotOnline.
Over the next week, Nye’s one 30-second spot will air 210 times on WAVY, WTKR, WVBT and WVEC, public filings show.
The $50,960 ad buy includes a $2,200 high-profile placement during Saturday’s Virginia Tech-Georgia Tech football game.
Note that this is a network buy, not just a cable buy. The 2nd CD race has been a quiet one this year – too quiet, in my opinion.
Good news!
Who cares? This guy is going to lose to Thelma Drake anyway. Phil Kellam blew the last election with lackluster campaigning!

I’m ready for a representative who votes for his/her district- NOT in lock step with the Whitehouse!
Glenn Nye is a helluva better candidate than Kellum was and is campaigning hard all over the 2nd District.
