OTR 11/2: Predictions and the 1800 race

OTR Logo This Sunday’s On the Record will feature predictions for Tuesday’s elections. Joining host Joel Rubin will be Repubican activist Gary Byler and yours truly.

In the second segment, the topic will be one of the most contentious presidential elections in our nation’s history: the 1800 election. Colonial Williamsburg historians Bill Barker and Bill White will provide fascinating insight on an election that took multiple ballots and some backroom dealmaking which resulted in Thomas Jefferson being elected to his first term.

Catch OTR at noon on WVEC. If you miss the airing, it will be available on the website on Monday.
