Well, I don't think of Brian so much as a hard core GOPer as much as a poo-flinging monkey. It's terribly amusing for the monkey, but it just creates a mess that the rest of us have to clean up. And so long as poo-flinging monkeys like him, Michele Bachmann, and 90% of Fox News commentators are the voices out front for the Republicans, there will be no progress. No progress in political solutions to problems *or* solving the GOP's own internal problems.

I would think paint drying would be more like it.

Hard core R's like Brian need to realize that it is a new day now. Campaign mode will not work out here in the real world. As soon as Mr. Fredrick realizes (if he ever does) that what he does is not working, the RPV might straighten out.

Until then, it's all comedy, all the time!!

The most frustrating thing about the show was that no one threw Jim Gilmore in Brian's face over the promises thing. Gilmore stubbornly stuck to ideology and campaign promises even when it was apparent that it would run the Commonwealth into a ditch. He was just beaten like a red-headed step child by his successor, the guy who campaigned on not raising taxes before he found out that he had to if he wanted to save Virginia's schools, public safety programs and bond rating.

We already had a referendum in Virginia on ideaology and promises vs. bipartisan results on Tuesday, Brian. And bipartisan results won.

And you all are going to lose the house of delegates in a year if your team doesn't wise up to that and come to the table.

There seems to be bipartisan agreement that Kirwin should shut up.

I would have been very interested to hear more of what the other panelists had to say, before Kirwin jumped in and interrupted them with his usual drivel. Keep it up, Brian, it's working out great for the Democrats.

Nice to see bipartisanship alive and well, Spotter.

It's a great show! Watch the Democrats and the media (i repeat myself) announce that Obama's promises will all be broken.
