This Sunday’s On the Record will feature a discussion regarding the closing of the Jordan Bridge and traffic congestion in Hampton Roads. Chesapeake Traffic Engineer Earl Sorey and Hampton Roads Planning District Commission Executive Director Dwight Farmer will join 13 News Reporter Mike Gooding, who will be subbing for Joel Rubin.

I rode it yesterday and the driver decided to site for 30 minutes (should’ve left County & Court at 4:33 PM, driver waited until about 5 PM). There were NO shipyard workers (The target audience for the route) riding the bus.
