OTR 11/16: The Jordan bridge

OTR Logo This Sunday’s On the Record will feature a discussion regarding the closing of the Jordan Bridge and traffic congestion in Hampton Roads. Chesapeake Traffic Engineer Earl Sorey and Hampton Roads Planning District Commission Executive Director Dwight Farmer will join 13 News Reporter Mike Gooding, who will be subbing for Joel Rubin.

Catch OTR at noon on WVEC. If you miss the airing, it will be available on the website on Monday.

  1. Head on over to my blog Ideas for Hampton Roads Transit (http://hrtransit-ideas.blogspot.com/) for a report on the #65 Jordan Bridge Limited. I will be honest: the route as of now is a disaster (it can be fixed).

    I rode it yesterday and the driver decided to site for 30 minutes (should’ve left County & Court at 4:33 PM, driver waited until about 5 PM). There were NO shipyard workers (The target audience for the route) riding the bus.
