I had the opportunity to sit down with Gary West, Democratic candidate in the 94th, a few weeks ago. While I intend to do a more complete profile of him in the near future, let’s just say that he’s a fine candidate to challenge incumbent Glen Oder.
This Saturday, June 6, West will be officially kicking off his campaign. The event will be held from 5pm – 7pm at 78 Angelo Drive in Newport News. RSVP to Jonas.

Here in the 94th we are so excited to have Gary running against Oder.
Glenn is already getting money from the predatory lending guys – the ones he now says he wants to shut down.
We need new leadership in our district. Gary has a compelling story, a great family and a fantastic campaign manager.

Oder voted FOR the Hampton Roads Transportation Authority, now wants to take credit for ‘abolishing it’! Gary West is a decent, kind family guy, who has fought for the little guy. Here in the 94th we are striving to rid our district of the bad ‘Oder’! I’ve already sent my contribution and plan to be at the kickoff.
