Incumbent Democratic Delegate Joe Bouchard and Republican challenger Chris Stolle will have a joint appearance Thursday, July 16, at a candidates’ forum sponsored by the Third Precinct Citizens Advisory Committee. The forum will be held from 7pm to 9pm in the cafeteria at Bayside High School (4960 Haygood Rd , Virginia Beach, VA 23455)
Voters in the 83rd district are encouraged to attend.
