Personally, I want my kids to be “indoctrinated” with the idea that they should work hard and stay in school.

Just like the Armageddon that would befall us in the year 2000, the speech that was suppose to indoctrinate our youth. Now who was spreading the baseless lies…..hmm…..oh ya, “Fake News”. Is anyone real surprised? Too funny.

The speech wasnt the problem. It was the illegal memo sent by the Dept. of Education to school principals. The Dept. of Edu is statutorily forbidden from giving direction to state schools.

MediaCurves.com just conducted a national study with 400 viewers of President Barack Obama’s speech yesterday in which he addressed U.S. students on the importance of education. Results showed that the majority of all political parties indicated that the speech was effective. The study also found that Democrats and Independents reported that ‘inspired’ was the emotion they felt most while viewing the speech, compared to Republicans who reported feeling ‘skeptical,’ while viewing the speech. More in-depth results can be viewed at http://www.mediacurves.com/Politics/J7543-ObamaEducation/Index.cfm
    Thanks,

“Effective” requires that some desired effect exists. What was that desired effect? If it was the professed effect of getting kids to stay in school, work hard, etc., etc., then we will only be able to determine it effectiveness years from now. If it was to raise his poll numbers going into tonight’s healthcare speech, then Zogby will let us know how effective it was.
