On Thursday, April 8, the Norfolk Federation of Civic Leagues hosted a forum for the candidates running for City Council. I previously reported on that forum here.
Ward 4, which is where I live, is currently represented by Paul Riddick, who also did not participate in the forum. Billy Cook, a current member of the Norfolk School Board, is vying for the seat.
