Been a while since I wrote one of these 
The Washington Redskins are 1-0 after Sunday’s win over division rival NY Giants. I didn’t get to see much of the game – just the last 9 or so minutes – but that didn’t matter. It was a win.
Of course I’m not getting too excited because it could be the only win of the season. Such is the life of a ‘Skins fan in the Snyder era.
I hope I’ll actually have time to catch more than just a few minutes next week.
So – how did your favorite team fare?
The Ravens kicked the defending AFC Champion Steelers 35-7. Life is good.

I’d say it wasn’t so much that the skins looked good as tha the Giants looked really bad. The skins need to run the ball better than they did Sunday to be succesful on the season.

We now have the clash of the seasons, with the garden still going, but the football season upon us as well. Before we know it, the leaves will fly and we will wonder what happened to the nice temperatures.
