NORFOLK ALERT: Council meeting time change

The informal meeting of the Norfolk City Council has been moved up to 4:30pm instead of 5 today. Please adjust your plans accordingly.

  1. I went to the informal meeting of the city council today to hear what they want to do with Waterside. I wasted my time!
