The candidates on the ballot in the local elections in Portsmouth this November. (Links provided where I could locate them.) Included are the two candidates who were initially left off the ballot due to the charter problem. Although the Portsmouth Electoral Board voted to appeal the judge’s decision, the two will still be on the ballot, unless the Supreme Court overturns the decision.
