out a possible EVMS merger – with ODU – a few months back, when Del. Johnny Joannou introduced legislation that would study the possibility.
I’ll be interested to learn more about this possibility – and will hold my tongue for now 
Amazing that people–mainly politicians–would not understand the potential importance of affiliating with W & M. The College is second oldest in the US, but more impt is its strong academic reputation over many years. ODU should be included in joint programs, but its name (brand?) doesn’t bring the prestiege of a 1693-founded institution. Age has a few privileges, even today.
