Former governors Allen & Kaine – from the Richmond Times Dispatch
At 8pm tonight, Tim Kaine and George Allen square off in what has been billed as “The People’s Debate.” The event will be held in Richmond and will be broadcast across the state (pdf).
I saw a tweet last week that said that CSPAN was going to cover the debate. In Hampton Roads, according to the flyer above, the debate will be broadcast by WAVY-TV 10 via streaming on its website, WGNT, and WHRO.
