Fun stuff, Politics

Centerville

I took this quiz as suggested by Barticles. Like he said, read the introduction. As usual, I found the questions a little limiting so I tried to pick the answer closest to my views. (I don’t think any of them actually matched my views.) Anyway, here’s what I got:

Centerville-You would feel most at home in Centerville, which means that you are more or less pleased the status quo-you think the US government has just about the right amount of control over your economic and personal decisions. Your neighbors include democratic and republican party leaders and others who call themselves “moderates” and “centrists.”

Um – pleased with the status quo? No. That certainly isn’t me.

About Vivian J. Paige

A former candidate, I've learned a lot about politics, both good and bad. I'd prefer more of the former and a lot less of the latter and I'm trying to do my part!

  1. Not only did they peg me as “Centerville,” they mapped me down on the conservative-leaning side of the mainstream right next to George W. Bush. Dear Politopia, your quiz SUCKS.

  2. I was about to say it’s spelled “Centreville,” because I went to Centreville High School, but then I read the post and realized what you were actually talking about. :)

  3. My biggest question is how in the heck did they have Dubya as a centrist? That must be some serious stuff they are smokin’ :)

And yes, Bryan – I figured somebody would try to correct the spelling :D

  4. If GWB is centrist, I am off the freakin scale. It sounds like a heckuva survey.

  5. I ended up in the Northwest. Hanging out with Drew Carey sounds pretty cool, although the software dropped me in just south of Ayn Rand.

  6. I landed right on top of Drew Carey.

That’s a lot better than having him land on me!
