ODU's run in the NIT tournament came to a close tonight with a 66-43 loss to Michigan in a semifinal game. 😦
Pit bull attacks Hester
Vice Mayor Daun S. Hester was injured when a pit bull attacked her dog Monday morning. While the owner of the dog has yet to be identified, the passage of HB340 should result in penalties. I wish Mrs. Hester and her dog, Tootsie, a speedy recovery.

Delegate Kris Amundson reports that the first day of the special session of the General Assembly was a day of doing nothing. OK - so they couldn't pass a budget during the regular session and now they are into a special session - at taxpayer expense - and nothing gets accomplished?
