I was researching some info for an upcoming article about the ward system here in Norfolk and ran across this little gem, regarding the Norfolk Tea Party. One of my dear friends, Bob Hicks, now deceased, was a member of this group. I haven’t figured out who all of the other players were but I do know the fellow referenced in this section:
The number three man in the inception of the Norfolk Tea Party was elected to City Council and is still serving.
