City council candidates from five cities in South Hampton Roads – Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk and Virginia Beach – will meet and greet voters April 20 at a forum sponsored by the Round Table of Business Leaders.The meeting will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel at 4453 Bonney Road, Virginia Beach. Tickets are $5 per person. Light breakfast refreshments will be served.
