Jason Leopold, of Truthout, is reporting that former Deputy White House Chief of Staff Karl Rove was indicted yesterday.
Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald spent more than half a day Friday at the offices of Patton Boggs, the law firm representing Karl Rove.
During the course of that meeting, Fitzgerald served attorneys for former Deputy White House Chief of Staff Karl Rove with an indictment charging the embattled White House official with perjury and lying to investigators related to his role in the CIA leak case, and instructed one of the attorneys to tell Rove that he has 24 hours to get his affairs in order, high level sources with direct knowledge of the meeting said Saturday morning.

UPDATE: I see Q and O beat me to posting this.
Cool, a fake picture for a fake story.
If you’re going to pick up fake pictures, you should use the CBS standard of “fake, but accurate”.
For example, if Rove was indicted and booked, it wouldn’t be by the DC police, as this would be a federal crime, not a city crime.
I just passed along what I saw and read elsewhere, including links to both the original story and the original picture.
