Save the date: 10/5/06

On October 5, the 3rd Annual Yvonne B. Miller Golf Tournament will be held at Lake Wright Golf Course. Registration and lunch starts at 10:30 am and shotgun start (4-person teams, Captain’s Choice/Florida Best Ball) is 12:01 pm. Senator Miller represents the 5th District, which covers parts of Norfolk, Chesapeake and Virginia Beach.

This is Senator Miller’s main fundraising event. With the possibility of a challenger next fall, she needs to build a war chest. Sponsorships are available:

• Platinum – $2000, includes:
  • 8 golfers
  • 2 hole sponsor signs
  • 2 banners
  • 15 additional BBQ tickets
• Gold – $1000, includes:
  • 4 golfers
  • Hole sponsor sign
  • Banner
  • 10 additional BBQ tickets
• Silver – $750, includes:
  • 4 golfers
  • Hole sponsor sign
  • 5 additional BBQ tickets
• Bronze – $500, includes:
  • 2 golfers
  • Hole sponsor sign
  • 2 additional BBQ tickets
• Titanium – $250, includes:
  • 1 golfer
  • Hole sponsor sign
• Copper – $100 – hole sponsor sign

Individual tickets are $75 and include 18 holes of golf, golf cart, green fees, gift bags, lunch, prizes and awards, and the BBQ dinner following the tournament.

BBQ dinner only tickets are $25.
