Join former first ladies Lynda Robb and Jinks Holton at a luncheon tomorrow for Jim Webb. The luncheon starts at noon and will be held at the United House of Prayer Dining Room, 1206 Church St. (corner of Princess Anne & Church). Some of the confirmed attendees include state Senators Yvonne Miller and Louise Lucas, and Delegates Jeion Ward, Mamie Bacote and Paula Miller.
