Acting Assistant Attorney General James Clinger says there’s not enough legal basis to support such an investigation.
And you wonder why so many people are turned off by politics. Could part of the reason be that candidates can out-and-out lie and get away with it?

Thanks for posting an update on this Ms. Paige. I figured this would be the case, but I hadn’t heard, or been able to find anything on it since. I don’t see how MD AG James Clinger can say there is no legal basis, ALL HE NEEDS is to take a look at the flier.
And by the way, you may not be planning to write on this at all, but I’d be interested to hear what your take is on Charlie Rangel calling for a return of the military draft….
