So I was able to catch the first half of the Redskins game against the Saints yesterday before I had to head out for a meeting. I’ll catch the highlights later but I was pleasantly surprised that they managed to hang on and win, especially after the drubbing that the Saints gave the Cowboys last week. A rundown of the game from the local sportswriter is here but I’d like to hear from the rest of you how you thought the game went yesterday.
I’m just glad to get the win, even though it means nothing 🙂

The defense was fantastic!
To feed off of Jack, I was a little worried after the Skins decided to go for the field goal instead of going for it on fourth down with just a few minutes left, but the defense stepped it up a notch once the Saints go to within stricking distance of the end zone.
It sucked for me. I had Brees for my quarterback in the fantasy league and the Redskins secondary decides to finally wake up. They disappoint me the whole year and they play well against my QB…urgh!
