Have to say I didn’t see this one coming. Bill Parcells, one of the NFL’s most brilliant coaching minds, has decided to retire.
“I am in good health and feel lucky to have been able to coach in the NFL for an extended period of time,” Parcells said. “I leave the game and the NFL with nothing but good feelings and gratitude to all the players, coaches and other people that have assisted me in that regard.”
Parcells is the one coach I hoped that Redskins owner Dan Snyder would have persued (before Joe Gibbs came back, of course). He won everywhere he went.
I, for one, am going to miss him in the NFL.

From what I have witnessed, ‘the tuna’ is a obnoxious bully and I will not shed a tear due to his departure.
That being said, Dallas’s failure to achieve their goals was not primarily due to any failure on the part of their coach.
Hopefuly, this means that the Cowboys are gonna suck again pretty soon.
