SB 827: Closing the gun show loophole

SB 827, patroned by Sen. Jeannemarie Devolites Davis (R-34), is designed to close the loophole on gun show gun sales. According to The Coalition to Stop Gun Violence: 817 Virginians died from gun violence in 2004. 54 of them were 18 years or younger.
