If you are in Norfolk tomorrow, catch the occasional downtown Doo Dah Parade. It starts at 12:30 pm at Commercial Place, goes down Main St. to the World Trade Center then comes back and concludes at Selden Arcade.
In the past, this fun event took place on April Fools Day. I’m glad they moved it to a later date because I just might be able to make it 🙂 (Photo below from Virginian-Pilot archives)
