Governor Tim Kaine came to Virginia Beach earlier this evening for a fundraiser for 83rd district candidate Joe Bouchard. Kaine spoke glowingly of Bouchard, who was accompanied this evening by his wife, Rita, and their daughter, Ellen.
With a number of other events going on in the area tonight, it was a very good turnout. I expect that Joe will be quite pleased with the financial results.
