I’m glad to have come across your blog. Seems to be, a well-written and informative one.
On what grounds — not enough votes to be statistically significant?
AP – thanks!
AEM – Noll believes that some ineligible folks, including the winner’s husband, voted and that those votes should be tossed out.
Well, lotsa luck. In Maryland, Ellen Sauerbrey brough evidence that in one precinct, which Glendenning won handily, had more votes than registered voters! The judge, a Glendenning appointee, threw out the evidence!! (He also threw out evidence of dead people’s voting.)
