I remember seeing this on TV many years ago. It’s still relevant today and a great video.

I’m glad you appreciated it. Frankly (sorry for the pun), until I saw the YouTube video, I’d never seen the original film itself. There’s a version of the song from a concert he did in New York in `74 that I really like but it was pulled from YouTube months ago because of copyright violations.
Nonetheless, the song itself spoke to me the first time I heard it and I’ve always considered it one of those patriotic songs that never got the attention it deserved.
And Happy 4th of July !. We had a great time here in NoVa. Although the fireworks pretty much freaked our dog out.
