The topic for On the Record will be the Hampton Roads Transportation Authority. Joining host Joel Rubin will be Norfolk Mayor Paul Fraim, Newport News Mayor Joe Frank and Delegate John Cosgrove of Chesapeake. OTR airs at 10:30am on WVEC channel 13.

Just my fervent home that Webb kicks Graham’s smug ass and hands it back to him.
Don’t know if you heard Bush’s weekly radio address, but it was followed by a response from a young ex-officer of the 101st Airborne, Brandon Freeman(?) or Freedman, veteran of the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq and now a veteran’s peace activist, who gave a strongly worded account of the damage this war is doing to our military and to its inefficacy. C-Span is likely to put it online soon. You have got to hear this young man destroy the “support the troops” mantra of the chickenhawks. Hope Webb heard it, too. It’s loaded with ammunition against the likes of Graham.
Webb did kick goober graham’s ass! Now, if he can be such a tough guy when he goes to work on Monday we might get somewhere…
